Welcome to FIFA.DOG (the “Site”). The Site is a fan-made, non-commercial, community project made by football fans for football fans, centered on the $FIFADOG meme and football / World Cup 2026 themed tokens on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Not affiliated with FIFA or any club
FIFA.DOG is not sponsored by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any national football association, any football club, any player, or any official football body. All such names, nicknames, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only in a descriptive, fan, and parody context. FIFA.DOG claims no rights over them.
2. Entertainment only — not financial advice
Everything on the Site is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any token or digital asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research (DYOR).
3. User-submitted listings
Tokens shown on the board are submitted by users, who sign a message with their own Solana wallet to post. A listing is not an endorsement and is not a verification of a token’s safety, legitimacy, value, or the identity or intentions of its creators. Token metadata (name, symbol, image, description, price, market cap) is fetched from third-party APIs and may be inaccurate, delayed, or manipulated. FIFA.DOG does not control, vet, or guarantee any listed token.
4. Crypto risk warning
Cryptocurrencies and especially memecoins are extremely high-risk and volatile. Most memecoins lose all or nearly all of their value. You may lose 100% of any funds you spend. Never spend more than you can afford to lose entirely. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Links to third-party sites or apps (such as pump.fun, Jupiter, block explorers, or wallets) are provided for convenience only; FIFA.DOG is not responsible for them.
5. Wallet & signatures
Posting requires signing a plain-text message with your wallet to prove control of the address. This signature does not authorize any transaction, transfer, or spending of funds, and FIFA.DOG never asks for your seed phrase or private keys. Keep your keys secret.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and operators of FIFA.DOG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages or losses (including loss of funds) arising from your use of the Site, any listed token, or any linked third-party service.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or attack the Site, or use it where prohibited by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on crypto assets.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
